Help A White Guy

We get an occasional jab from other web sites, such as that one about "musings", and we probably deserve it. But it's nothing like the beating that the White Guy takes, and it comes from all over the political spectrum. This video shows a black City Council member being removed from chambers during a public meeting,and you will notice a white guy standing there not helping.

This is clearly a racist incident, although I don't remember seeing it on the news.

Why is that, I wonder???

The paragraph buried in the article says this:

One of our editors found this 2006 blog entry from Jeff Berkowitz' blog "Public Affairs", titled Another "Just another pol" day for Senator Obama. It's interesting to me, having the advantage of hindsight, to watch the meteoric rise to power (and Peace Prize, too!) of this magic president.

In an AP report, a certain Jesse Washington examines Jimmy Carter's use of the word "racist" to describe Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.).
